Refund & Return Policy
We provide a hassle-free 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. It may take an additional 5-7 days for the returned item(s) to reach us. We also facilitate reverse pickups, subject to availability in your area.
A reverse shipment fee of ₹190 per order need to be paid at the time of raising refund request. Pick up service will be subject to availability in your location. Our courier partner will attempt pickup three times; if unsuccessful, you will be responsible for sending the product(s) back to our address.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact. If the product is returned in poor condition or appears used, a refund or exchange will not be processed.
Refunds may take up to 7 days to reflect in your bank account.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be canceled before they are processed at our warehouse. To check your order status, please reach out to us via email. Once the order enters the processing stage, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Exchange Policy - We do not offer any exchange policy.
Self-Shipping Returns
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you will need to courier the product(s) to the address that gets communicated via email.
Ensure that the items are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. The Order ID and registered mobile number must be clearly mentioned on the package. All items should be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item(s).
Terms & Conditions
- Customers must provide accurate bank details for refunds. Any errors in the provided details will not be the brand’s responsibility.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the condition of the product(s) before returning them, including keeping all packaging, documents, and tags intact.
- If a product is damaged or does not meet expectations, customers must notify us within 1 day of delivery via email (admin@aistee.com) with details and images of the issue.
- Once the returned product is received, we will examine it and notify the customer via email about the refund status. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of confirmation.
